Nichirei Logistics Group Inc (NLG). announces that it has executed an agreement with Tan Bao An Logistics Joint Stock Company (TBA) on 31st January 2023 in order to establish a joint venture and offer cold temperature logistics services in Vietnam.
We expect our warehouse will be in operation in the course of 2024.

TBA is a leading company in temperature controlled transport sector in Vietnam.
We believe we can offer comprehensive and sophisticated cold chain services by combining strengths and know-how of TBA and NLG.

We will construct a cold warehouse in Long Hau Industrial Part which is close to both Hiep Phuoc Port and Ho Chi Minh City.
In the future, we also aim to collaborate with our group companies in other ASEAN countries such as Thailand and Malaysia.
