Nichirei Logistics Group Inc announces that our subsidiary, Themotraffic UK Limited (TTUK) acquired additional 50% shares of Kevin Hancock Limited in the United Kingdom on 21th December 2022.
Kevin Hancock had been our subsidiary since our first share acquisition in September 2020. Now as a result of an additional acquisition of the remaining 50% shares, it is wholly owned subsidiary of TTUK.
