Completion of Procedures for Consolidation of ICCL Group, Malaysia, as a Subsidiary

We are pleased to announce that, following the disclosure made on September 30, 2025, titled “Conclusion of Share Purchase Agreement with ICCL Group in Malaysia” Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. has completed all necessary procedures to consolidate ICCL Group as a subsidiary, as of February 27, 2026.
The share acquisition was carried out by acquiring all outstanding shares through NL Litt Tatt Group Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Nichirei Logistics Group.

With this consolidation, we aim to further strengthen our business foundation in Malaysia and expand our cold‑chain logistics network across the ASEAN region. We will continue to enhance our integrated storage and transportation services and pursue further improvements in quality to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
