Notice of the Consolidation of Two Indonesian Temperature-Controlled Logistics Companies and Their Company Name Changes

We are pleased to announce that, following the disclosure made on April 30, 2026, regarding the acquisition of shares in PT Mega Indo Logistik and PT Mega Internasional Sejahtera, two temperature-controlled logistics companies in Indonesia, all procedures related to the acquisition were completed on June 30, 2026, and both companies have become consolidated subsidiaries of Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. ("NLG"). In addition, as part of our brand strategy in Indonesia, the names of the two acquired companies have been changed as follows, effective July 1, 2026.

2. Objectives of the Name Changes

   NLG has been providing temperature-controlled logistics infrastructure in Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam, leveraging the strengths in safety, quality, and reliability that we have cultivated in Japan. By unifying the Group brand under “Nichirei” in Indonesia, we aim to enhance brand value and strengthen our business foundation across ASEAN. In addition, we will leverage the expertise and service quality developed in each country to further enhance the overall value of the Nichirei Group. To further support this strategy, the two subsidiaries have been renamed.
   NLG will continue to advance its temperature-controlled logistics network through the expansion of its overseas business and pursue sustainable growth as a key social infrastructure supporting safe and secure food logistics.
